To the Crew at Milham,
I want you to know that you have people there that are doing much more than just getting the job done. Kathy was my first contact via the internet and she stuck with me through about 20 whirlwind emails and even after she learned I lived 90 miles away. I would have been an easy lead to blow off in my opinion. Kathy convinced me that I had to come see the HOT car that was in the showroom, it was hard to imagine the White Mustang with Red leather, I agreed I had to see it. I drove 90 Miles one way, with my Wife and 3 kids to meet Kathy and the Mustang. Kathy had left early, but the Mustang and Nick Sisson were still there.Nick had all the answers to my questions and wasn't bashful about adding his own life experiences about cars, people and life in general. I appreciated his honesty greatly. Nick was a no nonsense guy that made it a pleasure to drive 360 miles in 2 days, on Friday to see the car, then on Saturday to buy the car. I would like to commend Milham for hiring the kind of people that made me want to drive out of my way in order to spend my money with them rather than with a much more convenient Dealer.Thanks Nick & Kathy & Milham.

''I thought my visit took a lot longer than I had expected it to and I think their prices for brakes and an inspection are too high. Other than that I think the people are polite, I like their shuttle service, and I'm ususally very satisfied everytime I go. David Applebee is a very nice man who does a great job. I'd also like to add that the service manager there, Tom, is an extremely wonderful man
because my sister and I were on our way to the mall one day and he noticed that our tire was about blow so he let us know we should pull over as soon as possible. He went out of hiw way to help us and changed our tire for us for free. I was very impressed because he went above and beyond the call of duty that day.
